Downloading an exe or whl for package installation is too much complicated.
1.Just install 32 bit version of python (Even if your windows is 64 bit (Believe me it works)) and check the add to path on the installer
2.Open cmd or a terminal and copy paste: pip install -U pygame
for Linux:
1.just open a terminal and type in "sudo pip3 install -U pygame"
**If it pip3 is not found : "sudo apt install python3-pip" and method try No:1 again**

Guys if you wanna install PyGame nowadays do the following:
1. Navigate to your Python directory (something like Python35 or Python36, often in your C: drive root)
2. Go to Scripts folder
3. Hold shift and right click anywhere in the folder (make sure an item isn't highlighted in blue)
4. Click "Open command window here"
5. Type in this: pip3 install pygame
6. Press enter
It will take a while and will say if it installed.
